WE KNEW

We knew it was coming and sadly it’s here. I’m talking about the necessity of price increases. We’ve held off as long as we could, but we’ve exhausted our existing inventory and with the increases in the cost of raw materials, (Brass in particular) we have no choice but to increase the prices of some of our best-selling products. You may also be aware that labor costs and shipping costs have seen dramatic increases over the past year. We’ve done our best to contain our price structure and keep our labor costs under control for the present. We are grateful to our many valued customers and will continue doing our best to offer exceptionally valuable products and the highest-level quality of service.

In the event we have a major price increase before the price is updated on our website, we will reach out to anyone placing an order to confirm the order at the adjusted price before shipment. Again, we want to thank all of our Valued customers for their continued support of our business. We are truly a MOM-and-POP business as Kelly, and I build and ship all of our valves.
